This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how Numerex Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) manages refunds for online courses, digital products, templates, memberships, and related services (“Courses” or “Digital Products”).

Where there is any inconsistency, the Course Terms of Use prevail for all matters relating to online courses and digital products.
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your rights under the ACL cannot be excluded.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enrol in or access our Courses or use or access our products.
2. Digital Products and Online Courses
Our Courses and Digital Products are delivered online and may include:

Pre‑recorded video lessons

Live online sessions

Templates, checklists, worksheets, and guides

CPD‑eligible training

Downloadable resources

Membership content
-
Webinars and replays
Because access is provided immediately upon purchase, change‑of‑mind refunds are not offered.
3. When a Refund Is Available
As outlined in the Course Terms of Use, and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if:

The Course or Digital Product is not delivered

The content is significantly different from what was advertised

There is a major technical issue preventing access that we cannot resolve

The product is faulty in a way that cannot be remedied

If you believe you are entitled to a remedy, you must notify us promptly so we can investigate and assist.
4. When a Refund Is Not Available
The Course Terms of Use contain the full list of circumstances in which refunds are not available.
For clarity, refunds will not be provided in any of the situations described in the Course Terms of Use, including (but not limited to):

Change of mind

Incorrect course choice

Changes in personal or organisational circumstances

Financial hardship

Technology issues on your side

Non‑attendance at live sessions

Accessing a recording instead of attending live

Course updates or tutor changes

Changes to laws or regulations

Breaches or suspected breaches of copyright, including misuse or unauthorised reproduction of course materials

To avoid duplication, the Course Terms of Use remain the authoritative source for the full list and examples of when refunds are not available.
5. Transfers and Substitutions
As stated in the Course Terms of Use:

Transfers to other courses are not offered

Substitutions of participants are not permitted

Credits for future courses are not provided
Unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Payment Terms
All payments for Courses and Digital Products are required up front at the time of purchase.
We do not offer:

Payment plans

Instalment arrangements

Deferred payment options
Access to the Course or Digital Product is granted only after full payment has been received.
7. Memberships and Subscriptions
For memberships or subscription‑based services:

Payments are non‑refundable

You may cancel future billing at any time

Access continues until the end of the current billing period

No partial refunds are provided for unused time
8. Corporate and Organisational Purchases
Where an organisation purchases access for multiple staff or volunteers:

Refunds are not available for unused seats

Access may be reassigned internally by the organisation
