This Digital Product Licence (“Licence”) applies to all downloadable or accessible digital materials provided by Numerex Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), including templates, checklists, worksheets, guides, PDFs, spreadsheets, and any other digital resources (“Digital Products”).

By downloading, accessing, or using any Digital Product, you agree to the terms of this Licence.

1. Licence Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Digital Product for:

• Personal use, or

• Internal use within your organisation, including use by employees, contractors, board members, or volunteers.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Download and store the Digital Product on your personal or work device

• Print copies for your own use or internal organisational use

• Use the Digital Product to support your work in an NFP, charity, community organisation, or business

• Modify the Digital Product for your own internal use (but not for redistribution)

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or forward the Digital Product to others outside your organisation

• Upload the Digital Product to shared drives, public folders, or online platforms

• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Digital Product

• Claim the Digital Product as your own work

• Use the Digital Product to create your own training, templates, or commercial products

• Publish or post the Digital Product online

• Provide the Digital Product to clients as part of a paid service

• Use the Digital Product in any way that infringes our copyright

4. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products remain the exclusive property of Numerex Pty Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

5. Breach of Licence

If we suspect or identify a breach of this Licence, we may:

• Revoke your access to Digital Products

• Terminate your account or course access

• Take legal action to protect our intellectual property

No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

6. Updates

We may update or revise Digital Products at any time. You are not entitled to free updates unless explicitly stated.
